Origin & Craftsmanship

From March 2022, all JOWE® climbing arches are made from high-quality, locally sourced beech wood. The wood is finely sanded, left untreated, and free from harmful coatings. All round rods are produced in-house to meet our rigorous safety and quality standards.

Placement & Use Guidelines

• Place the Climbing Arch on a flat, stable surface, at least 2 metres away from walls, furniture, or other structures.

• Do not place on hard surfaces such as concrete, asphalt, or tiles.

• Avoid exposure to direct sunlight, which may affect the material over time.

Assembly & Maintenance

• Assemble the product by following the manufacturer’s instructions in the correct order.

• Do not force components during assembly, as this may cause damage or injury.

• Ensure that all screws and nuts are securely tightened before use. Re-tighten if necessary during regular checks.

• Any changes or adjustments to the climbing setup should be made only according to the manufacturer's instructions.

• Inspect all parts regularly for wear, loosening, or damage. Replace any defective parts immediately using authorised replacements.
