Remote areas to some addresses and especially Highland and Islands and Offshore, next day delivery options are not available. If express delivery is selected at checkout we aim to ship your items the fastest way possible however they may take several days to be delivered.

Remote areas by standard delivery may take up to 7 working days to be delivered.

Items over 30kg*

These can only be delivered Monday to Friday, surcharges apply at cost. We will contact you by email or telephone

We offer the following delivery services:

  • DPD Next Working Day Delivery – £6.95 (estimated delivery within 1–2 working days from dispatch).
  • Free Standard Delivery – Free of charge (estimated delivery within 1–3 working days from dispatch).

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

The Company shall not be liable for delays in delivery caused by DPD or any other third-party courier. The Customer shall not be entitled to any refund, compensation, reimbursement, or cancellation of an order solely as a result of a delayed delivery.

Where a parcel sent using the £6.95 delivery service is delivered later than the estimated 2 working days delivery timeframe, Plug It Wood may, at its sole discretion, refund the £6.95 delivery charge. Any refund of the delivery charge shall be the Customer's sole remedy in respect of the delay.

No refund, credit, or compensation shall be payable in relation to delays affecting orders shipped using the Free Standard Delivery service.

Nothing in this clause shall affect the Customer's statutory rights in relation to goods that are lost, damaged, defective, or not delivered.
