The boards are treated with a high-quality, solvent-free oil free from drying agents and animal ingredients. Fully compliant with EN71-3, making them safe for direct contact with food.

Care Instructions

Not dishwasher safe
Clean by hand with hot water and mild detergent
Wipe off excess water and dry standing upright
Reapply natural oil (e.g. linseed or walnut) occasionally to maintain finish and protection
